Meet the Team
Alyx Galan
Alyx Galan is Vice President of Distribution Design and Support Services. In this role, Alyx leads the design and engineering division that provides fully integrated services for the design to energization life cycle on behalf of its utility clients.
Alyx brings 23 years of industry-leading experience with a proven track record within the highly competitive and rapidly changing high voltage electric utility environment. Most recently he led the formation of Quanta Utility Engineering Services (QUES) through the consolidation of four existing distribution, transmission, substation, engineering, and professional services business units within the company portfolio. In that capacity, he expanded lines of service, achieved significant year-over-year revenue growth, significantly impacted the division’s safety performance, established a national footprint, and grew the organization to more than 1,000 employees. Prior to QUES, Alyx held various positions of increasing responsibility with PAR Electrical Contractors, including the establishment of their distribution design/engineering group in Southern California.
Alyx holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California Lutheran University.
Eric Fishe, PMP®
Eric Fishe is Director of Engineering. In this role, he is responsible for design and engineering development, with a focus on creating a seamless client experience and bridging the gap between construction and design.
Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the utility business specializing in designing distribution, transmission, and substation systems. During his career, Eric has designed and facilitated complex, large-scale utility programs, including large overhead to underground conversions, deteriorated pole replacement programs, large-scale joint-use operations, FEMA restoration programs, rural hardening programs, and large manhole and conduit systems in complex environments. A proven people leader, Eric also trained various public utility personnel on best design practices and methods for maximum efficiency and accuracy using various software programs.
Eric is a certified Project Management Professional ® and a graduate of TAD Technical Institute.
Kyle Nealon, PE
Kyle Nealon is the Lead Engineer. Kyle brings to the position more than a decade of utility engineering and design experience, with an extensive customer portfolio across the electric, gas, and telecom sectors. He also champions a safety and quality first mindset.
Kyle is a licensed Professional Engineer in 27 states. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kansas.
